ip21 assists companies with additional in-house resource by providing secondments to support Counsel’s IP requirements in a flexible and cost-effective manner. Our temporary secondments can be a valuable additional resource to Counsel without the long-term commitment in overheads. For example, this may be to help with a specialist IP matter, or provide cover during parental leave, sabbaticals, or periods of increased workload whilst in the process of recruiting personnel.

Our experienced patent and trade mark attorneys work alongside Counsel and during secondments aim to become an extension of their in-house department. They have experience working as part of in house teams for prestigious and large corporates. Our attorneys regularly assist Counsel to build strong patent and trade mark portfolios worldwide, as well as in cases in front of the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court.
