At ip21 we are building a business that seeks to be the industry leader in client centred, commercially focused Intellectual Property Services. Our structure is such that our fee-earners have every opportunity for practising Intellectual Property work of the highest order whilst developing a career path focused on client needs.

ip21 has offices in Norwich, London, Bury St Edmunds and Chelmsford. The Eastern region has long been a popular region to live and work in, particularly for those with families due to its beautiful countryside and coastline, affordable cost of living and low crime rate.

In fact, Norwich (where ip21’s Head Office is located) was recently acknowledged as being the ‘UK’s happiest city to work in’ by the Guardian Newspaper due to its, “strong local identity and strong sense of community,” as well as being, “affordable, friendly and picturesque.” Please see the full article from The Guardian.

Norwich also has a dynamic business community with numerous networking, professional and industry groups, and high-growth clusters in engineering, technology and financial services among others.

Metro has also published various articles describing life in Norfolk focusing on the county’s natural beauty, thriving food scene, cultural heritage and the diversity of Norwich as a city. And the fantastic Visit Norfolk website is a great place for those from outside the county to see what Norfolk has to offer.

ip21’s London office has recently relocated to the impressive St Martins Le Grand in the heart of The City right next to St Paul’s tube station on the Central line, and within easy walking distance from Bank (Northern line), Mansion House (District line), Cannon Street (Overground), City Thameslink (Overground) and Liverpool Street (Overground major hub) stations.

We are always on the lookout for new IP professionals to join our expanding team in any of our offices, and we’d encourage all interested individuals to send an initial email to with the subject line, ‘Recruitment.’ All enquiries will of course be treated as strictly confidential.
