Jackie is a Senior Associate and UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with over 30 years’ industry experience and 13 years now with ip21. Throughout her career Jackie has worked at leading IP firms in London, Nottingham, and Norwich, representing the biggest brand owners in the UK in a wide range of fields including financial services, digital technology, retail and FMCG, including the UK’s largest supermarket chain, where she was responsible for the management of their trade mark portfolio.

Jackie is highly experienced in all aspects of trade mark portfolio management services including international searching to establish freedom-to-operate positions in the majority of world markets, negotiating agreements with pre-existing rights holders, prosecution of trade mark registrations internationally, rights enforcement and conflict resolution, renewals, training of in-house staff and competitor/market research.

Jackie is extremely comfortable working directly with all levels of management to provide creative commercial advice regarding the protection and exploitation of brands. She routinely works to short deadlines and to budgets, and adds value to her clients by providing pragmatic expert advice within the context of the overarching commercial objectives at hand.
