Jackie has more than 18 years’ experience in the field of trade marks and she is a Registered Trade Mark Attorney, a Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and a European Trade Mark Attorney. Jackie has gained extensive experience in trade mark matters during her time at leading IP practices in London and Nottingham. Jackie has particular expertise in clearing trade marks for use, advising on the best way to protect and exploit trade marks, domain name disputes and also the management of trade mark portfolios.

Jackie has been fortunate to work with the UK’s largest supermarket group and she can be relied upon to provide swift, commercially-focused and creative solutions to problems. Jackie enjoys dealing with a diverse range of clients and she has particular experience in the food, clothing, retail, financial services and telecommunications industries. Jackie has an Honours degree in Food Science from Nottingham University, and is a member of ITMA, INTA, ECTA and PTMG.
