Lana is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, an Irish Trade Mark Attorney and a European Trade Mark Attorney, having initially trained and qualified in a Tier 1 Trade Mark and Patent Attorney Law Firm. She joined ip21 in 2023 having previously gained several years of experience in trade mark practices in the UK and Ireland. She graduated from the University of York with an Honours degree in Law.

Lana acts for clients, both domestic and international, in a range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters. She has successfully managed and enforced the trade mark portfolios of numerous companies from start-ups to well-known international brands across many industries including, pharmaceuticals, financial services, entertainment, fashion, food, tech and media. She advises clients on all aspects of trade mark issues including clearance searches, brand protection strategies, prosecution, oppositions, infringements, cancellations, domain name disputes and anti-counterfeiting.
